Stock your freezer with BEEF!

Beef for sale that was raised on pasture and grain finished for added marbling and delicious flavor. Beef is processed at a USDA federally-inspected facility, Trackside Butcher Shop.  It will be dry-aged 14 days, creating a deeper flavor, in contrast to most supermarket beef, which is usually wet-aged for a shorter time. 

Pick up May through October!

Share with another family to reduce the price per pound.

  • Approximately 75 pounds of meat


 

  • Half ground beef & the other half steaks and roasts (Ribeyes, NY Strip, Filets, Sirloins, skirt steak, & chuck roasts with brisket, short ribs (organs available if requested)


 

  • Takes up about 4 cubic feet of freezer space.

Half Steer

  • Approximately 225-250 pounds of meat

  • Allows you to customize your order individually with the butcher (cut preferences, packaging, etc.)

  • Price of beef is $4.50/lb of hanging weight (estimated $1800) + customer pays processing fee (~$350) at pickup to Trackside Butcher Shop. 

  • For reference, beef you receive will average out around $8.50/lb

  • For reference, beef you receive will average out around $7.50/lb
