Beef for sale that was raised on pasture and grain finished for added marbling and delicious flavor. Beef is processed at a USDA federally-inspected facility, Trackside Butcher Shop. It will be dry-aged 14 days, creating a deeper flavor, in contrast to most supermarket beef, which is usually wet-aged for a shorter time.
Pick up May through October!
